Riverwest Yogashala - This unpretentious studio is Milwaukee's best kept secret. Humble and warm, Riverwest Yogashala hosts some fabulous Iyengar teachers, including my favorite, the amazing Peggy Hong. You can find me here on occasion. It's a wonderful space!
Yoga One - Every so often, I make a trek up to Cedarburg to meet with friends and take a class with Meg Galarza. Yoga One is the prettiest studio that I have ever been in. Although Vinyasa is not a style I teach, I enjoy testing my own boundaries - it is the perfect thing to do when I need a good yoga challenge!
Flana Yoga - If you are in the Madison area, be sure to check out a yoga class (or a body rolling class) with Laura Flanagan. Laura has an extensive background in fitness and yoga - plus she has a kind spirit that shines through in everything that she does. She is a wonderful healer that a few of my friends swear by!
